What do I need to do?

  1. Be ready to stop. Make the commitment mentally and physically.
  2. Be prepared to stop. Ring and book your appointment.
  3. Set up your home, work place and car so it’s easier to stop.
  4. Attend your appointment.
  5. Do whatever you feel is necessary for you to stop smoking.
  6. Attend follow up session one week later if needed.
  7. Have a go and let it go!
