What is hypnosis?

Your hypnosis session
A typical session lasts up to an hour and a half because I strive for the very best outcomes and achievements for my clients, regardless of their personal goals.
I recommend that clients commit to at least two hypnosis sessions, although many achieve their goals after just one session. Some clients have even found benefit in up to four sessions, making it a highly individual experience.
